Sholeh Iravantchi is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney practicing criminal defense and immigration law throughout Southern California. Currently practicing out of her main office in Santa Ana, Sholeh Iravantchi is well known throughout the Southern California courts in Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside counties.
Before working for the public defender's office, Ms. Iravantchi worked to represent the rights of numerous children and young adults in the arena of special education. Utilizing her doctorate degree in psychology, Ms. Iravantchi has become an avid advocate for children with disabilities and/or special needs.
While working for the public defender's office, Ms. Iravantchi honed her skills as a trial attorney and advocate. Throughout her work, Ms. Iravantchi represented many clients who were placed in the criminal justice system as a result of their mental illnesses. Being trilingual (English, Spanish, and Farsi) greatly aided Ms. Iravantchi's success as a deputy public defender.
Throughout her career, Ms. Iravantchi has represented clients in an array of criminal proceedings ranging from petty misdemeanors to serious felony charges. In many instances, Ms. Iravantchi's criminal representation has extended to removal and deportation proceedings subsequent to criminal convictions. Ms. Iravantchi's vast knowledge of both criminal proceedings and immigration law allows her to represent clients involved in both types of proceedings.
As a practicing trial advocate and attorney, Ms. Iravantchi continues her involvement in the legal profession through various professional associations and continuing legal education.
